Refund Policy

1. Returns & Eligibility We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items Please note that certain types of products are classified as consumables or wear parts. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used, tested, or shows any signs of wear, unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

3. Quality Issues & Damages (Manufacturing Defects) We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception. In cases of confirmed quality issues or manufacturing defects, we provide a full refund or a free replacement, including all associated shipping costs.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., "no longer needed" or "purchased by mistake") and the item is in its original unused condition, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
